Christmas 2011 Turkey Special

We cooked turkey for this year's Christmas dinner. The 7lbs turkey was
stuffed with squared onions, basil, garlic cloves, and lemon halves.
The trick is to leave the turkey covered with foil or pan cover if you
use a pot, and to keep it covered until the last hour. This ensures
the bird is cooked well done to 82 degrees celcius. I also find that
it generally takes 3.5-4 hours to cook a 7lbs turkey.

Nice. Nothing like a hearty dinner for Christmas. A good meal for the Holidays ay malaking bagay.
