Mother's Day spread

 

For mother's day on May 9, Grace prepared the following main entrees. She didn't want to eat out and get pampered so instead insisted on cooking up the following. Due to COVID restrictions, this worked out better.

Paella, a classic Spanish dish with seafood with short grain rice;


Salmon with imitation crab filling;



Mom's oven-baked barbequed ribs. This was perfect washed down with Meiomi Pinot Noir wine. I wish I had more room in my stomach to squeeze more food. Grace had a lot of fun making the spread for her special day and was definitely better than eating out.
