Kaldereta from a young goat with pineapple, potato, carrots. Specialty cuisine cooked by my brother visiting from the Philippines from two weeks ago for our mother's 81st birthday. You know this is as authentic as you can have it.
I don't have a photo of the Sinampalokan soup dish but is also made from the same young goat. Very very tasty!
